Emergency Pumping: The emergency pumping was started on 149th <br />Avenue west of Ramsey Boulevard on September 11, 1986. The City <br />street department is using the tractor pump to pump the pond <br />north of 150th Lane to the newly purchased pump which is set up <br />on 149th Avenue. We are also operating the Skelgas pump to pump <br />the water to the Mississippi River. <br /> <br /> <br />
