CITY OF ~ANSEY <br />DI~¥ELOPMENT AJ~REEMENT <br /> <br />This agreement entered int'o this . day of , 1986, <br />between the City of l{amsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," <br />and Mr. Lowell Vasseur, hereinafter referred to es "Applicant," <br />in conjunction with s variance to street frontage <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The var£ance to the street frontage requirement is hereby granted <br />approval, contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Only one building per~it viii be issued to the Applicant <br /> for a residential structure on the property· <br /> <br />The Applicant shall deed a 40 foot easement for roadway <br />purposes along the northern boundary of the property to <br />the City. <br /> <br />3. The Applicant shall comply with all requirements of <br /> Ordinance ~85-2 regarding shorelands protection. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall maintain a 10 foot front yard <br />setback fro~ the 40 foot road easement. <br /> <br />5. That this development agreement shall be recorded as <br /> part of the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />The variance to the street frontage requirement shall <br />apply to that property legally described as <br />fol lows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. Subject to easement to Rural Cooperative <br />Power Association dated April 12, 1967. <br /> <br /> <br />
