DISCUSSION REGARDING CERTIFIED SITE PLANS
By: Community Development Director Anne Norris

CASE ~7:

Background:

At its last meeting, the City Council discussed whether certified site plans
should be required for any commercial or industrial proposals (new
construction, rezonings, conditional use permits, etc.).
