<br />Chairman Lichter noted the application was not se]ected for funding for the
<br />development of Rivers Bend Park. tie also expressed appreciation for Ann
<br />Norris' efforts in applying for the funding.

<br />Chairman Lichter asked Commissioner Looven if there is any park lin4 there
<br />(the land is across from her house). Notion by Commissioner Hetland, soconded
<br />by Commissioner Johnson to accept pa..< dedication fee, carried.

<br />Commissioner Lichter asked Merle Mevissen if Brookview Park is closed. The park
<br />is not closed but there is a cab]e across to keep undesirables out. Commissioner
<br />Lichter asked if anything is needed for the warming house. ,Nerle Nevissen
<br />noted the Warming House attendants want larger buildings. Claudia Dqdge noted
<br />the building needs added on to, and Chairman Lichter noted flush toilets are
<br />needed. He will contact the hockey association. The City is responsible for
<br />maintaining the building.
