Street address of property of request. <br />2. Legal description of property of request. <br />3. Owner's name, address and phone number. <br />4. Applicant's name, address and phone number. <br />5. Description of request. <br />6. Present zoning district. <br />7. Site plan showing ail buildings and structures (existing and <br /> proposed) with dimensions. Site plan should include: <br /> - open spaces, yards <br /> - parking areas <br /> - loading areas <br /> - storage areas <br /> - screening <br /> - fencing <br /> - signs <br /> - accessory structures <br /> - location of all utilities <br />8. Drainage plan. <br />9. Access to site. <br /> 10. Garbage container location (must be screened). <br /> 1I. Description of construction and proposed materials. <br /> 12. Meet with neighbors to discuss proposal. <br /> 13. Effect of proposal on traffic in area. <br /> <br />* Due to public notification and publication requirements, this <br />information and a $50.00 non-refundable application fee need to <br />be submitted to the Planning Department approximately three weeks <br />prior to the meeting date. The Planning Commission meets on the <br />first Tuesday of each month; however, special meetings can be <br />arranged. The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing <br />on the request and will recommend approval or denial of the <br />request. The City Council will take final action on the <br />request. <br /> <br /> <br />
