Meet with neighbors to discuss proposal. <br /> <br />* Due to public notification and publication requirements, this <br />information and a $90,00 non-refundable application fee need to <br />be submitted to the Planning Department approximately three weeks <br />prior to the meeting date. The Board of Adjustment meets on <br />Thursdays as needed and special meetings can be arranged. The <br />Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on the variance <br />request and will take final action (approval or denial) on the <br />request · <br /> <br /> <br />
