Present zoning district. <br />7. Proposed zonine district. <br />8. Present use of property. <br />9. Proposed use of property. <br /> <br />10. Reasons for request. <br />11. Drawing to scale showing subject property and all structures, <br /> parking, access, etc. on property. <br />12. Meet with neighbors to discuss proposal. <br /> <br />* Due to public notice and publication requirements, this <br />information and a $50.00 non-refundable application fee need to <br />be submitted to the Planning Department three weeks prior to the <br />meeting date. The Planning Commission meets on the first Tuesday <br />of each month; however, special meetings can be arranged. The <br />Planning Commission conducts a public hearing and recommends <br />approval or denial on the request and the City Council takes <br />final action on the request. <br /> <br /> <br />
