CITY OF ~MSEY <br /> <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CHECKLIST <br /> <br />Sketch Plan Review* <br />1. Name, address and phone number of property owner. <br />2. Name, address and phone number of applicant. <br />3. A plan of the proposal drawn to scale with a north point. <br />4. Total approximate acreage of site. <br />5. Existing ~oning district(s). <br />6. Location of existing streets. <br />7. Significant topographical features (slopes, lake, etc.). <br />8. Proposed street pattern. <br />9. Proposed land use. <br />10. Meet with neighbors to discuss proposal. <br /> <br />* This information must be submitted to the Planning <br />Department at least two weeks prior to the meeting. The <br />Planning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of each month; <br />however, special meetings can be arranged. The Planning <br />Commission will review the aketch plan and will recommend <br />revision or proceeding to the preliminary plat of the P.U.D. <br /> <br />II. R~view of Final Sketch Plan by Park and Recreation Co~isaion <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission review the proposed sketch <br />plan. The Commission shall comment on the proposed P.U.D. <br />and will recommend whether the City require land dedication <br />or fees to satisfy the City's park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />III.Rezoning, Preliminary Site Plan R~view and Public Rearing* <br /> 1. Site plan drawn to scale. Site plan shall include: <br /> - location of all existing and proposed buildings and <br /> their uses <br /> - location of driveways and parking areas (both must <br /> include curbing) <br /> - front, side and rear yards <br /> - dimensions of all proposed lots <br /> - location of all easements <br /> 2. Landscaping plan drawn to scale. Landscaping plan shall <br /> include: <br /> - Areas to be sodded <br /> - Areas to be bermed <br /> - Location and type of proposed landscaping, planting <br /> - Location and type of existing and proposed trees <br /> 3. Grading and drainage plan drawn to scale. Grading and <br /> drainage plan shall include: <br /> - Existing and proposed grades <br /> - Estimated runoff of site based on ten and one hundred <br /> year storms <br /> - Storm water management <br /> - Location of proposed ponding areas, including size, <br /> depth and capacity of ponding area <br /> - Finished floor elevations of all structures <br /> <br /> <br />
