Meet with neighbors to discuss proposal. <br /> <br />* Due to public notice and publication requirements, this <br />information and a $500.00 deposit shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Department at least three weeks prior to the meeting <br />date. The Planning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of <br />each month; however, special meetings can be arranged. The <br />Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the <br />proposed preliminary plan and rezoning and will recommend <br />separately on approval or denial of the rezoning or site <br />plan. The City Council will take separate final action on <br />the preliminary site plan and rezoning requests. <br /> <br />IV. Final Site Plan Review* <br /> 1.Final site plan drawn to scale. This plan shall include: <br /> - location of all proposed structures <br /> - location of all driveways and parking areas <br /> - dimensions of all front, side and rear yards <br /> 2. Final landscape plan drawn to scale. This plan shall <br /> include: <br /> - Plant types, size and location <br /> - Areas to be sodded <br /> -Indicate existing vegetation and vegetation to be <br /> removed <br /> <br /> <br />
