Final grading and drainage plan drawn to scale, This <br />plan shall include: <br />- Existing and proposed grades <br />-Estimated runoff based on ten and one hundred year <br /> S t ors s <br />- Storm water management <br />- Location, size, smd capacity of ponding areas <br /> -Finished floor elevations of all structures <br /> Floor plans and elevations drawn to scale. <br />Final plat drawn to scale. Final plat shall include: <br />- Name of P.U.D. <br />- Accurate angular and lineal dimensions <br />- Scale of plat, date and north point <br />- Location of all official monuments <br />- Clearly marked numbering system for all blocks and lots <br />-Location and dimensions of all streets including street <br /> names <br />- Location of all judicial and county ditches <br />- Indication of all low land and water areas <br />- Location of all utility and drainage easements <br />-Grading plan showing final lot grade and building <br /> elevations and erosion control plan for construction <br />- Highwater and present water levels <br />-Dedication of all streets, easements and other public <br /> areas <br />- Name and address of developer <br />- Name of surveyor <br />- Proof of marketable title <br />- Restrictive covenants <br /> <br />* Due to review requirements, this information should be <br />submitted to the Planning Department at least three weeks <br />prior to the meeting date. Unless there are major changes to <br />the final.plat, requests for final plan approval are <br />forwarded directly to the City Council for their action. <br /> <br /> <br />
