CI~/ 01~ ~SEY <br /> <br /> SITE FLA~ IEVIEW CRECl[LIST* <br /> <br />Site plan reviews are required for all proposed multiple family <br />dwellings (3 or more units), mobile home parks, commercial and <br />industrial developments. <br /> <br />l. Name, sddress and phone number of property owner. <br />2. Name, address and phone number of applicant. <br />3. A plan of the proposal drawn to scale with a north point <br /> showing location and dimension of structure. <br />4. Property survey drawn by registered laud surveyor. <br />5. Total approximate acreage of site. <br />6. Zoning district and present use of property. <br />7. Location of existing streets. <br />8. Number of employees. <br />9. Topographical map of property. <br /> <br />10. Building design plan - must be certified by registered <br /> architect or engineer. <br />11. Site plan should include: <br /> - all landscaping and/or screening <br /> - location of utilities <br /> -- access <br /> <br /> - loading docks <br /> - outside lighting <br /> - curbing <br /> - signs <br /> - site drainage <br /> - grading plan <br /> - off-street parking <br /> - calculations of projected water usage <br />12. Meet with neighbors to review proposal. <br /> <br />* Due to review requirements, this information and a $500.00 <br />deposit should be submitted to the Planning Department at least <br />three weeks prior to the meeting. The Planning Commission meets <br />on the first Tuesday of each month; however, special meetings can <br />be arranged. The Planning Commission will review the site plan <br />and will recommend approval or revision; the City Council takes <br />final action on the site plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
