Public space/park areas. <br />11. Meet with neighbors to discuss proposal. <br /> <br />* This information must be submitted to the Planning Department <br />at least three weeks prior to the meeting date. The Planning <br />Commission meets on the first Tuesday of each month; however, <br />special meetings can be arranged. The Planning Commission <br />reviews the sketch plan and recommends revision and/or proceeding <br />with the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />II. Review of Yinal Sketch Plan by Park and Recreation Co~mission <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission review the sketch plan as <br />approved by the Planning Commission. The Commission shall <br />comment on the proposed subdivision and shall recommend <br />whether the City require land dedication or fees to satisfy <br />the City's park dedication requirements for subdivisions. <br /> <br />III.Preliminary Plat and Public Hearing* <br /> 1. Proposed name of subdivision. <br /> 2. Legal description of property. <br /> 3. Location and width of existing streets. <br /> 4. Location of e~isting utilities and improvements. <br /> 5. Topographic information including contours at vertical <br /> intervals of not more than two feet. Include water <br /> courses, lakes, marshes, etc. <br /> 6. Soil data. <br /> 7. Layout, width and names of proposed streets. <br /> 8. Location and width of easements. <br /> 9. Layouts of blocks and lots with numbers of each and <br /> lot dimensions. <br /> 10. Areas intended for park dedication. <br /> 11. Minimum front building setback lines. <br /> 12. Surface water management. <br /> 13. Future subdivision plan. <br /> 14. Profiles of all streets and drainage areas. <br /> 15. Soil boring(s) information. <br /> 16. Meet with neighbors to discuss proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />
