* Due to public notice and publicstion requirements, this <br />information and a $500.00 deposit should be submitted to the <br />Planning Department at least three weeks prior to the meeting. <br />The Planning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of each monthl <br />however, special meetings can be arranged. Final Plat* I. Name of subdivision. <br /> 2. Legal description and owners of property. <br /> 3. Accurate angular and lineal dimensions. <br /> 4. Scale of subdivision. <br /> 5. Location of official monuments. <br /> 6. Numbering system for blocks and lots. <br /> 7. Location and names of streets. <br /> 8. Location and dimension of all judicial and county <br /> ditches. <br /> 9. Identification of low areas and water areas. <br /> 10. Location of width of all utility and drainage easements. <br /> 11. Grading plan. <br /> 12. Dedication of all streets and other public areas. <br /> 13. Name and address of surveyor. <br /> 14. Proof of marketable title <br /> 15.
