PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC REARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Rameey City Council conducted a public hearing on Monday, September 15, <br />1986 at tbs Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Sealcoating Project ~'s 86-8, 86-9, 86-10, 86-11 and 86-12. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Reimann <br /> Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> Councilmember Jesn Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator David Hartley City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 8:22 p.m. <br /> <br />There were no citizens present regarding any of the above mentioned sealcoating <br />projects and there was no presentation of projects and costs. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that a Mrs. Gulker that resides on Itwy. ~47 with property <br />abutting one of the project streets is questioning her assessment; will visit <br />her and explain the assessment. The property abutting the sealcoated street is <br />a separate lot of record and' is buildable, therefore eligible for an <br />assessment. <br /> <br /> Mr. Raatikka stated that the bad weather has delayed completion of Project ~'s <br /> 86-10 and 86-11; recommend tabling adoption of those assessments until the <br /> projects are completed, which may not be until next year. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to adjourn <br /> the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor tLeimann, Councilmembers Schlueter and Cox. <br /> Voting No: None.
