Absent: <br />Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case ~6: Discussion Regarding l{eo~uirement for Certificate of Lot Surveys <br /> <br />Community Development Director Norris stated that staff needed additional <br />direction regarding certificate of lot surveys - especially large (over 10 <br />acres) residential lots. Such certificates should be required for commercial <br />and industrial construction. <br /> <br />The Commission directed that they felt that any residential construction on <br />lots of 10 acres or less needed to submit a certificate of lot survey when <br />applying for a building permit. <br /> <br />Case ~7.' The Commission noted that the Planning Commission should be <br />involved in the review of the final plan for planned unit developments. The <br />Commission noted that the checklists would be useful. <br /> <br />Case ~9: Information Items <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1. City Council tabled action on revocation of Mr. Root's conditional use <br />permit for 14600 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. until October 28, 1986. <br /> <br />2. City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Stanhope River Hills. <br /> <br />3.
