4. City Council tabled Loren Leininger's request for rezoning until Mr. <br />Leininger has a specific proposal. <br /> <br />5. City Council rejected bids for extension of utilities to industrial area <br />and is reworking project. <br /> <br />6. City Council authorized the Mayor and City Administrator to enter into <br />agreement regarding EAW, land acquisition and zoning program for airport. <br /> <br />7. City Council received proposal from Iron Works Development Corporation <br />regarding incubator facility. <br /> <br />8. Metropolitan Council will conduct public hearing on certificate of need for <br />vertical expansion at landfill on Wednesday, October 8, 1986 at 7:00 p.m. at <br />Ramsey Elementary School. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Because of elections, the Commission rescheduled its regular November meeting <br />to Wednesday, November 5, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Commission scheduled a Board of Adjustment meeting for Thursday, October <br />30, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. to consider a request for a variance by Lawrence and <br />Sherrie Thole and to review Mr. Jerry Coffin's site plan for an accessory <br />structure at 6336 Highway 10 N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the <br />regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Howell, Deemer and Zimmerman. Voting no: None.
