one-half shall count as one additional space. <br /> <br />Property that constitutes required off-street parking areas <br />not be separated, through asle or other means, from the property <br />containing the principal use for which the parking ares is <br />required. <br /> <br />There shall be no off-street parking spaces within three (3) feet <br />of any street right-of-way. <br /> <br />Required parking facilities serving two or more uses may be <br />located on the same lot or in the same structure, provided that <br />the total number of parking spaces furnished shall not be less <br />than the sum of separate requirements for each use. The Council <br />may approve the joint use of parking facilities by the following <br />uses or activities under the following conditions: <br /> a. For the purposes of this section, the following uses <br /> are considered as daytime uses: banks, business <br /> offices, or wholesale or similar uses. <br /> b. The following are to be considered as night-time or <br /> Sunday uses: tuditoriums incidental to a public or <br /> parochial school, churches, bowling alleys, dance <br /> halls, theaters, retail stores, personal service <br /> shops, bars or restaurants. <br /> c. Up to 50I of the parking facilities required for <br /> night-time uses may be supplied by the off-street <br /> parking facilities provided by day-time uses and vice <br /> versa · <br /> d. Conditions required for joint use: <br /> - the proposed joint parking space is within 500 feet <br /> of the use it viii serve; <br /> -the applicant shall show that there is no substan- <br /> tial conflict in the principal operating hours of the <br /> two buildings or uses for which joint use of off- <br /> street parking facilities is proposed; and <br /> -A properly drawn legal instrument, executed by the <br /> parties concerned, for joint'use of off-street park- <br /> ing facilities, shall be filed with the zoning <br /> officer, which shall run with the land and be re- <br /> corded with the County Recorder's office. <br /> <br />No more than one (1) one-ton motor vehicle bearing a commercial <br />license and no commercially licensed trailer shall be parked or <br />stored in a residential district except when loading, unloading <br />or rendering a service. No commercial vehicle shall be parked or <br />stored in a residential district except for short-term (two (2) <br />hours or less) except when unloading, loading or rendering a <br />service. <br /> <br />170.017R TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> <br />The traffic generated by any use shall be channelized and <br />controlled in a manner that will avoid: <br /> a.
