170.017 <br /> <br />INTENT: These performance standards are designed to encourage s <br />high standard of development by providing assurance that <br />neighboring land uses viii be compatible. All future development <br />in all districts shall be required to meet these standards. <br />These standards shall also apply to existing development when <br />stated.
