(6) #ASTBS: <br />All wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that is not dangerous <br />to public health and safety and in accordance with the City's <br />sewer disposal system ordinance. <br />Wastes may not acculmmulate on the site, except where fully <br />screened frc~ adjacent properties. <br />Wastes discharges into a public sewer system shall not exceed <br />limits established by the Netropolitan Waste Control Commission. <br /> <br />(7) OlAILE: <br />Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, aisn, <br />or other structure, shall be arranged so as to deflect light away <br />from adjoining residential districts or from public streets. <br /> <br />170,017B <br /> a. <br /> <br /> DRIVEWAYS <br /> No poured concrete driveway shall project beyond the <br /> property line into a street right-of-way where curb, <br /> gutter, and permanent surfacing is not in place. <br />b. Bituminous driveways adjacent to unsurfaced roadways <br /> shall be terminated one foot from the edge of travelled <br /> roadway. <br /> Bituminous driveways on surfaced roadways may extend to <br /> and adjoin the existing bituminous. <br />d. Where necessary, the lot owner shall install a culvert <br /> of adequate size, as determined by the building <br /> official. All culverts shall be a minimum of fifteen <br /> inches in diameter. <br />e. All driveways shall maintain at least a 3 foot side <br /> yard from adjacent property lines. <br />f. No residential driveway access shall be allowed onto <br /> designated collector or thoroughfare streets. <br />g. No residential driveway shall exceed twenty (20) feet in <br /> width at the point where it adjoins the street. <br /> <br />170.017C $CR.~ING <br /> <br />Where screening is required, it shall consist of plantings and <br />landscaping, or a combination of plantings, landscaping and <br />fencing, as approved by the Planning Commission. All plantings <br />and fencing shall be placed a minimum of twenty feet from the <br />street. However, in no event shall the plantings or fencing be <br />placed on the public right-of-way. The plantings may be placed <br />on the property line and the fencing may be constructed within <br />five feet of the property line. <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide to the Planning Commission a detailed <br />schematic drawing the the screening proposal, which drawing shall <br />show the appropriate dimensions, types and sizes of the proposed <br />fencing, landscaping, and plantings. <br /> <br />In those areas where screening is required, all open areas of any <br />site, lot, tract,, or parcel shall be graded to provide proper <br />drainage, and except for areas used for parking, drives or <br />storage, shall be landscaped with trees, shrubs, or planted <br />ground cover. Such landscaping shall conform with the screening <br />and landscaping plan approved by the Planning Commission at the <br /> <br /> <br />
