REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERHIT TO UTILIZE AH OFFICE TRAILER FOR TEHPO~i. IY OFFICE SPACE; CASE OF NASTER-HALCO, IBC. By: Anne lorris, Community DeveloFment Director CASE ~P3: Background: Master-Halco, Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit to utilize an office trailer for temporary office space at 14000 Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW in the Industrial District. The trailer rill be approximately 12' x 60'. Hr. Lancaster of Master-Halco, Inc. has stated that they will use the office trailer while they are locating a suitable site for a permanent structure. Enclosed for your information are the following items: a) Application b) Site location map c) Public hearing notice d) Properties notified e) Proposed findings of fact O~servations: As the Commission recalls, a conditional use permit vas granted to Great Plains Gas to utilize a temporary structure for office space in the Industrial District on Highway 10.
