PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC ItEARII~G <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> A~OKA COUI~T~ <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 1986 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 l~owthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne ~orris <br />Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the amendment to Tax Increment Financing District ~1 <br />proposes to include the River's Bend Plaza plat in that area; to allow site <br />improvements to be financed through tax increment financing; and to transfer <br />the $80,000 originally designated for the Churchill Apartments to the River's <br />Bend Plaza project. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and aeconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Cox and Schlueter.
