Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~ ~oad Imvrovements For 153rd Avenue l~W; <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that road alignment has been approved; a majority <br />of the trees on the Pearson property can be preserved; United Power is <br />requesting Ramsey's guarantee of payment for powerpole relocation which was <br />included in the spec for bids. Mr. Raatikka recommended that the bid be <br />awarded to the low bidder, II&S Asphalt. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilm~mber Schlueter to <br />adopt Resolution t86-118 accepting bids for road improvements to 153rd Avenue <br />l~W and awarding a contract to lt&S Asphalt for such improvements contingent upon <br />NSA approval of the project. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br />I~-ll 8). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteber§ <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Notion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg authorizing <br />Ramsey's guarantee of payment to United Power for powerpole relocation in <br />street improvements to 153rd Avenue ltW. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Acting Mayor Reimann noted that this action is also <br />contingent upon the project receiving MSA approval. <br /> <br />Notion carried.
