Mr. Springer has <br />stated that he would park his snowplowing vehicles on his property. Mr. <br />Springer's parcel is approximately 1 acre in size and is located in the R-1 <br />residential district, <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Public hearing notice <br />d) Properties notified <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed conditional use permit agreement <br /> <br />Ob servations: <br /> <br />The proposed use does not seem to be consistent with the intent of the R-1 <br />residential district.
