CASE <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIHINARY PLAT APPROVAL; <br /> CASE OF KEN JOHNSON <br />Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Johnson is requesting preliminary plat approval of the twenty acres <br />located north of the Autumn Heights subdivision off of Nutria Street. The <br />parcel is located in the R-1 residential district. The plat consists of eight <br />lots for single family residences. The average lot size is 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson is proposing to extend Nutria Street from the existing temporary <br />cul-de-sac in Autumn Heights up to the road easement running along the north <br />boundary of the plat to provide access to the plat.
