By: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR NETES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION; <br /> CASE OF ART RAUDIO <br /> Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio is requesting a metes and bounds division for approximately 11 <br />acres located off of Armstrong Boulevard in the I-1 industrial district. Mr. <br />Raudio would like to use the 11 acres for an outdoor storage area.
