INFOPd~TION ITEMS <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />For your information, City Council took the following action on the following <br />items: <br /> <br />a) Denied Mr. Ourgen Zurnieden's request for a conditional use permit to <br /> operate a lawn maintenance and landscaping business from his home. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Mr. Wayne Knudson withdrew his request for a conditional use pe~it to <br />operate a cement contracting business fr~ 15401 Armstrong Boulevard <br />N.W. <br /> <br />c) Approved the rezoning from UB-Urban Business to UR-Urban Business for <br /> River's Bend 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />d) Approved the preliminary plat of River's Bend 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />e) Approved the final plat for Flintwood Hills III Addition (next phase <br /> in the P.U.D.). <br /> <br />f) Adopted Ordinance 86-2 recodifying and amending Chapter 170.01 (the <br /> Zoning Chapter) of the City Code. <br /> <br />g) Approved participating in the Aaoka-Champlin Fire Department. <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />Approved the extension of sewer and water to the City's industrial <br />area and approved the construction of a 500,000 gallon water storage <br />facility. <br /> <br /> <br />
