CAS~ 410: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOP, SKETCH PLAN RE~IE~; <br /> CASE OF ANN CANIS AND T0H SKIBA <br />Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Ms. Ann Canis and Mr. Tom Skiba are requesting sketch plan review of their <br />proposed subdivision of the 60 acres lying east of Roanoke Street N.W. and west <br />of 153rd Avenue N.W. on the Rum River. The sketch plan consists of 19 single <br />family residential lots ranging in size from 2.5 to 4 acres in accordance with <br />Scenic River District requirements. <br /> <br />The Commission originally reviewed a sketch plan (showing 18 residential lots) <br />on April 1, 1986. However, because Roanoke Street N.W. is presently and will <br />continue to be an MSA road, the sketch plan needed revision. <br /> <br />The Park Commission has reviewed the sketch plan and is interested in the City <br />obtaining property along the river to satisfy the City's park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed sketch plan <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Direct Ms. Canis and Mr. Skiba to proceed with the preliminary plat in <br />accordance with the platting process outlined in the City Code. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Com.
