CIT~ O~ ~SEY <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PEIU~IT A~REEHENT <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Nr. Jeff Stedman of <br />Northstar Outdoor Education, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in <br />conjunction with the issuance of a conditional use permit to operate <br />tube/canoe rental and shuutle service in the Anoka County Rum River Central <br />Park. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> <br />The Applicant shall secure a license to operate the tube/canoe rental <br />and shuttle service from the Anoka County Park and Recreation <br />Department on an annual basis. Further, the Applicant shall comply <br />with any conditions specified in that permit. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall comply with all requirements of the Department of <br />Natural Resources for the operation of the tube/canoe rental and <br />shuttle service. <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey, Anoka County Park and Recreation Department, and <br />Department of Natural Resources reserve the right to stop the <br />operation of the tube/canoe rental and shuttle service if the <br />Applicant is violating any conditions of this agreement or permit by <br />other governmental agency. <br /> <br />The temporary/seasonal dock and stairvays to be constructed by the <br />Applicant shall be done to the specifications of the City of Ramsey <br />and Department of Natural Resources. These facilities shall not be <br />constructed until the Applicant obtains a protected waters permit from <br />the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />5. The Applicant shall ensure that alcohol is not used by tubing or <br /> canoeing participants. <br /> <br />6. The Applicant shall be responsible for removing litter from the site. <br /> <br />7. The Applicant shall provide liability insurance coverage; the City and <br /> County shall be provided with proof of such insurance. <br /> <br />8. This permit shall be reviewed annually by City, County, and/or <br /> Department of Natural Resources staff. <br /> <br />9. Trespassing on adjacent private property is prohibited and the <br /> Applicant shall be responsible for enforcing this policy. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />In order to ensure compliance with the conditions of this agreement <br />the Applicant shall provide to the City a letter of credit for <br />$2,500.00. <br /> <br />/$ <br /> <br /> <br />
