Thio plsn must address screening <br />of the parking area fro~ the river. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted <br />herein is subject to review at any reasonable tile and shall be reviewed <br />annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violations of other <br />City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit · <br /> <br /> <br />
