CITY OF RANSEY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AIIREEHENT This agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Gary and Cheri Rice, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicants," in conjunction with the issusnce of a conditional use permit to operate a tuxedo rental business from their home at 15210 Waco Street N.W. This conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicants agreeing to and complying with the following conditions. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the tuxedo rental business shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of the City Code. The City of ~amsey reserves the right to inspect the property at any reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjacent property ovners. 3. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: The West 217.8 feet of the East 435.6 feet of the South 200 feet of the North 633 feet of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as measured along the North and East line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (subject to an easement for road purposes over the East 33 feet thereof). This conditional use permit agreement shall be recorded with the Anoka County Recorder. 5. The Applicants shall be the only employees of the tuxedo rental business. The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and shall be reviewed annually be City staff· Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violations of other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit.
