NOTICE OF PUBLIC REARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO W~OM IT [4AY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 1986 <br />at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by <br />Mr. Ken Johnson, 17040 Nutria Street N.W. for preliminary plat <br />approval of that property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the East 855.78 feet, as measured at right <br />angles, of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />lying South of the South line of the North 330.00 feet, as <br />measured at right angles, thereof. <br /> <br />Together with the West 30.00 feet, as measured at right <br />angles, of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter. <br /> <br />Both in Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend this public <br />hearing and comment on the proposed preliminary plat. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
