LOWELL YASSEU~ <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Lowell Vasseur is requesting a variance to the street frontage requirements <br />for access to the 40-acre parcel located southwest of 155th Avenue NW and <br />Variolite Street NW. Mr. Vasseur is requesting this variance so that he can <br />construct one home on this parcel. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed Mr. Vasseur's request on June 3, 1986 and determined <br />that Mr. Vasseur's property was buildable. The Commission informed Mr. Vasseur <br />of the City's Thoroughfare Plan for the extension of 155th Avenue across the <br />northern portion of Mr. Vasseur's property.
