Absent: <br />Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case ~8: Discussion Regardin~ Plants And ThinEs: <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed City Attorney Coodrich's memo dated June 3, 1986 <br />regarding certain building and/or zoning violations which Plants & Things may <br />have committed by it's recent construction of a building on it's site. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell directing Ms. <br />8orris to send a letter to Mr. Hickman, owner of Plants & Things, requesting <br />that he appear before the Planning and Zoning Commission at their special <br />meeting on June 17, 1986 to discuss items contained in City Attorney Goodrich <br />memo dated June 3, 1986. <br /> <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Paterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendrickson, LaDue and Howell. Voting No: None.
