Commission Meet/ne: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that in addition to North Fork's request for preliminary plat <br />approval for Phase II and Northstar Education's request for a tubing operation <br />on the Rum River, River*s Bend is requesting that a public hearing be conducted <br />for rezoning of the second plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nendrickson and seconded by Commissioner Howell to set a <br />meeting date of June 17, 1986 for a special Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Notion carried. Absent: Commissioner <br />Shumway. <br /> <br />Information Item: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that a report from the North Metro Traffic Task Force <br />regarding the study of the Mississippi River bridge crossing is included in <br />tonight's agenda. <br /> <br />Case ~7: Avpearance Bv Tom Sauter To Discuss Subdivision Of One Lot: <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Sauter was present regarding the possibility of splitting one parcel <br />off of the 37 acre parcel located at the corner of Sunfish Lake Blvd. and Cry. <br />Rd. 4116. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that there was a previous lot split on this property <br />and ordinance requires that any future splits be by platting. <br /> <br />The Commission recommended that the roadway to access the newly created parcel <br />be dedicated and the balance of the parcel be platted as outlot. <br /> <br />Notion by Commissioner Nendrickson and seconded by Commissioner Howell <br /> <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
