PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> ClT~ OF RAHSE7 <br /> ANOEA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF HINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 1986 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Kayor Gary Beitman <br />Councilmember Jean 8chlueter <br />Councilmember A1Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />GALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Meitman called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and led in the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None, <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox noted that the agenda cover sheet specifies this meeting as a <br />continuation of the June 30, 1986 Council meeting; recalls that the June 30 <br />meeting was a continuation of the June 24 meeting; this particular meeting <br />this evening should be classified as a special meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Martley stated that Councilmember Cox is correct and noted that the City is <br />not violating any meeting notification requirements as Council was informed of <br />this special Council meeting during an open meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve <br />the agenda noting that it is a special Council meeting and not a continuation <br />of the June 30, 1986 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that he does have some <br />personnel matters he would like to discuss during this meeting. Council <br />agreed to add Case ~2, Personnel Discussion. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
