Bartley needs feedback in order to &cco~pliah his <br />job. l~yor Beitman stated that he feels Hr. B~rtley has brought continuity to <br />the operations at City Rail at s time vhen there have been so~e difficult <br />changes; that he has been effective in communicating, vhich benefits the public <br />and council; that he has effectively participated in preparing the City's <br />position vith respect to the ElS on the landfill, a position state~ent that <br />reflects l~amsey is ~nni~ ~ore professionally than in the past. ~yor Beit~a~ <br />referred to the council ~eetin~ agendas and the cha~es in fount that have <br />been ~ade; appreciate rec~endations that are contained in the ~enda that <br />~st c~e fr~ an individual that has to york vith relatively ~ol~tile people. <br />~yor Beit~an stated that Nr.
