Councilsember Cox stated that areas that have already paid for storn aever improve~nents should be included in · taxin~ district ·s there will be maintenance costs to cover in the future; Mayor Reitman's proposal could require additional accounting staff, but if it will get thiu~s soviu~ in · reasonable sanner he is in favor of it. Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilse~ber Schlueter directing City Staff to prepare for Council review an ordinance that would divide the city into two storm sever taxing districts with no areas excluded but alloviu~ those areas that have contributed towards storm water management a credit amount and an ordinance that would amend the ordinance establishiu~ two storm sever taxiu~ districts to exclude those areas that have contributed towards storm water management and require their inclusion in the appropriate district when their credit amount is consumed. Motion carried. ¥oti~ Yes: Mayor Reit~an, Council~embers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Votin~ No: None. Request To Use Lover Level Of Municipal Center: Case Of Trott Brook Gosnel Rail: Fr. Rartley stated that Trott Brook Gospel Hall is going through some reconstruction and requestiu~ to use lover level at city hall from nov until October 31. Motion by Councilmo~ber Cox and seconded by Councilmember $orteberg to approve the request by Trott Brook Gospel Re11 to use the lover level of Ramsay Municipal Center until October 31, 1986 on Sunday mornings and evenings and Wednesday evenings. Rartley noted the follcvin/ items: Anoka County tabled adoptin~ the acopin~ decision until August 19, at which tine they will receive recommendations from their staff and consultants. The city has received a a,,-~ons fro~ George and Christine Bancroft of 7431 151st Avenue N~; they are claimin~ damages resultin~ from careless construction of culverts.
