That ~he Performance Standards are as follows: <br /> <br /> a. That fire protection is provided By the City of Anoka and is readily <br /> ava;table and properly maintained, the proposed use should not create <br /> any ireater fire hazard that any other mahufacturing business; <br /> <br /> b. That the proposed use shall not create any electrical disturbance; <br /> c. That the proposed use shall not create any vibration disturbance; <br /> d. That the proposed use shall not create any malodorous gas or matter; <br /> e. That the proposed use shall not create any air pollution; <br /> f. That the proposed use shall not create any noise disturbance; <br /> g. That the proposed use shall not create any glare from lighting devices; <br /> h. That the proposed use shall not create any wind or water erosion; and <br /> i. That the proposed use shall not create any water pollution. <br /> <br />13. That the City reserves the right to inspect the property at any reasonable <br />time if it receives complaints from adjoining property owners. <br /> <br /> <br />
