SCOTT SPRINCER: <br /> Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Scott Springer is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a <br />snowplowing operation from his home at 8872 - 175th Lane NW. Mr. Springer has <br />stated that he would park his snowplowing vehicles on his property. Mr. <br />Springer's parcel is approximately one acre in size and is located in the R-1 <br />Residential District. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Proposed findings of fact <br /> <br />The Commission conducted a public hearing on Mr. Springer's request on July 8, <br />1986 but tabled action as Mr. Springer was not present to answer any questions <br />regarding his request. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposed use does not seem to be consistent with the intent of the R-1 <br />Residential District.
