CASE ~3: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOE SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL; <br /> CASE OF ~R, ART ~AUDI0 <br />Anne Norris, Community Development D£rector <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio is requesting a simple subdivision for the 40 acres located <br />north of the Hy-10 plat west of Armstrong Blvd. NW in the I-I Industrial <br />District. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio reviewed a proposed sketch plan with the Commission at their July <br />22, 1986 meeting.
