CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE <br /> HANUFACTURINC BUSINESS IN A BUSINESS DISTRICT; <br /> CASE OF PARABODY, INC. <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Duncan of Parabody, Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit to <br />operate a manufacturing business in the B-1 Business District at 6043 Highway <br />~10 WW (the old Kovar building). Parabody, Inc. manufactures body building <br />equipment. Mr. Duncan is requesting the conditional use permit to operate the <br />business in a portion of the old Kovar building.
