DAVID TRANB¥: <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background~ <br /> <br />Mr. David Tranby is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision for property <br />located on the southeast corner of the intersection of l?3rd Avenue NW and <br />Baugh Street N~. Mr. Tranby would like to split off the northwest ten acres of <br />his parcel in order to sell those ten acres.
