PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAESEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 1986 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember A1Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None, <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox noted that Case #1, request for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a cement contracting business from home at 15401 Armstrong Blvd., has <br />been withdrawn. Councilmember Cox requested that the case remain on the agenda <br />for discussion purposes. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he has some information he would like to <br />discuss with Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />1. Add the following item to the Consent Agenda - '7. Request For <br /> Gambling License; Case of Anoka Joint Fire Department'. <br /> <br />2. Add the following item to the agenda - '20.
