I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Karrt Anderson - Stated she has seoond driveway onto Armstrong and sometimes <br />heavy traffic prohibits ~se of it. <br /> <br />Boy King - Stated that he feels the traffic situation will be a problm as <br />there are no turning lanes on Armstrong; the poor ¥is~bility on this stretch of <br />Armstrong is supported by the fact that it is a 'no [~ms~ng' ~o~e. <br /> <br />Mr. Nielson - Stated that he feels he can prove there will be more cars <br />accessin9 Armstrong fr~m Whispering Pines than from the south side of <br />Armstrong. <br /> <br />Mr. Volk~an - l~qutred as to Mr. ~n~on's ~l~ms for that property which abuts <br />the Volkman property. Noted that the land behind his and the Knudson property <br />is a man-made wildlife area. <br /> <br />Mr. Knucl~n - Stated that the balance of his property not oonsmed by h~me and <br />accessory structure will be farmed. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson noted receipt of letters from Gregory Berres, Mark Wadzink <br />and Vic Hazenah opposing the granting of a a~nditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by O~mmissioner De~mer and seoonded by G0~missioner ~well to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Cx~issioners ~cmer, Shmway, <br />Zi~merman, Hendriksen, !~Due and Howell.
