P~RTN~ <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the special meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following p~blic hearing: <br /> <br />1. Request for ~onditional use permit to operate automobile body shop <br /> and repair business in Industrial district; case of Charles Pearson. <br /> <br />Chairman I~terson called the special meeting back to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />APPRf]%5~L OF AGENI]~ <br /> <br />Motion by _G0~__issioner Deemer and seconded by C(~missioner Shmway to approve <br />the agenda and addendm with the following adjustment. <br /> <br />Delete Case #1, Bequest for conditional use permit to operate <br />automobile body shop and repair business in Industrial district; <br />case of Mr. Charles Pearson. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, C(m~Lissio~rs Shm~ay, Deemer, <br />Zim~erman, Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None.
