PROCEEDINGS OF CITY (//3NCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANitA GGUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESO~ <br /> <br />~he Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meetin9 on Tuesday, January 28, <br />1986 at the Ramsey Municip~l Center, 15153 N(~wthen Blvd. N.W., Rams,y, <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary }~ei~an <br />Councilmember A1 Sort, berg <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilm~mber Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator/City Attorney Willi~ Goodrich <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the Council meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.; called for a <br />moment of silence in observance of the space shuttle tragedy; and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />~here was no citizen input. <br /> <br />APPRf~ OF AGEN[]A <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox referred to Case ~'s 6 and 14 and inquired if there is a <br />reco~me~tion frc~ the Personnel C(m~ittee for a salary increase for Carol <br />Sather and to hire Sylvia Frolik on a full-time basis. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that the Personnel Oa~,~.ittee has not met to make <br />recommendations on these two items. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Council.member Reimann to approve <br />the agenda with the foll(~ing adjustments: <br /> <br />1. Delete Case %6 (Request for wage increase; case of Ms. Carol Sather) <br /> until a reoommer~tion is received from the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Delete that part of Case #14 (Tri-City Newsletter) regarding hiring <br />Ms. Sylvia Frolik on a full-time basis until a recommendation is <br />received from the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Add Case ~18 - Discussion regarding flying Flag at half-mast in <br />observance of the s~ce shuttle tragedy. <br /> January 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 3 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
