Voting No: None. <br /> <br />B. ]ior~hfork gnow?lowina and Ratlro~d C.~to_ Aor~mont., <br /> <br />Council noted letter dated January 3, 1986 which is an agreement between the <br />City and Northfork relating to the snowplowing of their emergency access and <br />the construction of a gate on the south side of the railroad tracks on the <br />emergency acoess road. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Staff determined that this agreement was authorized by <br />the develol2nent agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman stated that Staff is recommending a joint Council/Commissions <br />meeting to discuss concerns and promote better oo~unication. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmenber Reimann and ~-~onded by Mayor Beitman to schedule a <br />joint meeting between City Council a~d Commissions at 7:00 p.m. on ~l~ursday, <br />March 6, 1986 at Ramsey City Ball. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Beitman directed Mr. (~oodrich to preIare an agenda <br />for the joint Council/Commission meeting for Council review. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
