~SE 13: <br /> <br />CASE t4: <br /> <br />one is approximately 11 acres and the other is aPProximately 5 acres. <br />Mr. Matson is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision which would <br />change the oonfiguration and acreage of the two ~arcels. Mr. Matson <br />is proposing the creation of one 9.8 acre parcel and one 5.9 acre <br />parcel. Mr. Matson is trying to sell all of his property, but is <br />requesting this metes and bounds subdivision in order to be eligible <br />for certain types of financing which aren't available for parcels <br />greater than 10 acres. <br /> <br />For your information, Enclosure (D2-b) contains the following items: <br /> <br />a. Site location <br />b. Existing parcels <br />c. Proposed metes and bounds subdivision <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to recommend approval/denial of Mr. Matson's <br />request. <br /> <br />At the February 25, 1986 City Council meeting, the Cemetery Co~uittee <br />presented its report to the Council. The Council referred the <br />Committee's report and suggestions to the Planning and Zoning <br />C(m~ission for its input and o~...ents. If the Committee pursues one <br />of its provisions for estblishing a cemetery, the plans would be <br />subject to the conditional use permit application process. A <br />representative of the Cemetery C~m~ittee will be at the meeting to <br />provide additional information on the report. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-c) contains the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a. Ceuetery Committee report <br />b. Site location <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to direct any con~ents you have on the report to <br />the Cemetery Committee. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING "SUNSET" REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-CONFORMING <br /> <br />As you requested, Enclosure (D2-d) contains a comparison of <br />"sunsetting" regulations for non-conforming uses in various <br />oon~unities.
