Staff is also recommending 5 trees be added to the site to meet tree requirements. Staff is <br />suggesting the applicant consider adding ornamental trees if the cost of additional <br />plantings is a concern. The revised landscaping plan also notes that different species may <br />be substituted, based on availability. The applicant must verify that any new species are <br />not prohibited as outlined in the Ramsey Tree Book. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending that 5 additional trees be planted on the site. Staff is also <br />recommending 25 additional shrubs be planted, along the building foundation near the <br />entrance and along the Azurite Street frontage.
