RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 4TM ADDITION <br /> NAU/SHARP AND ASSOCIATES <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and SHARP <br />AND ASSOCIATES whose address is 10907 93rd Avenue N., Osseo, MN 55369 (the <br />"DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as fbllows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 4TM ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 2004, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 4TM ADDITION (the Plat"), <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 27, 2004, the CITY approved the final site plan of the Subject <br />Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER intends to cause the required improvements to the <br />Subject Property to be constructed without financial participation by the CITY. <br /> <br />Ramsey Town Center 4tu Addition <br />NAU/Sharp and Associates <br />Development Permit <br /> Page 1 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
